Hardy Souls
When I arrived at the lake I spied two tiny black dots in the far distance and over the next 30 minutes or so I watched as they loomed larger and larger in the viewfinder. Half way across I could see they were humans pulling sledges behind them.
When they neared my shore, they emptied the sledges, bored holes in the ice and sat down to do a bit of fishing.
It was Minus 13 at the time. I'm not quite sure which is the superior madman, the fisherman or the photographer.
