I know I left too much mess and destruction

Obviously my migraine is still playing with my head.

The last couple of days have been a bit of a blur.

I decided at 8 pm tonight that I needed to be a domestic goddess. Heavens someones got to do it. I was going to make a Red Velvet Cake, but I'm not sure, it says "VAMPIRE" to me. (And did you know that you can do an accredited on line course on Vampire Fiction - there's an interesting thought).

I went with the lavender shortbread. I seem to have over done the squares....

But the house does smell lufferly.
