End of tenancy

Today, the current student group moved out of our student flat. I was very happy with the way that they left the house  both inside and outside. The next group of 5 move in on Saturday. The house was built in 1950, so it is holding up well for 75 years old.There are 30 minute parking restrictions on the street, so I had the gravel laid  to provide off-street parking. We have owned it for over 20 years, and so many different  groups have lived there.
