Run off his fluffy feet

Looks like it's been a busy Monday for Guinness so it's time for a three hour nap now.

Unfortunately Gizzmo is now just over 3kg despite having very good apetite, which combined with weight lost, restlessness, losing muscle mass, scruffy fur and increased thirst indicates an overactive thyroid, a common condition in older cats. We're waiting for blood results and then he can hopefully take meds and even out the thyroid hormones and regain some weight and muscle mass. It's hard to see him so bony and pacing around the house for ages some days, but he's feeling good and behaving as usual otherwise.
