of a new month.

February is an wearisome month in the Northern Hemisphere. Everyone is fed up of winter, but it is the coldest month of the season. The elation of Christmas and New Year celebrations are bygone. (Valentine's day is of no concern). If it wasn't that my birthday is in February, I would have mothballed it.
