Watching the Waves

Didn't feel well today and neither did my other half. Everything was a bit of an effort. Both feeling very run down, maybe we have picked up a virus?!

Wet and windy day not ideal for the Lorn Agricultural Show which we would normally attend but neither of us had the energy!

Late afternoon it cleared, decided that fresh air might help, so a walk to get the system going was the plan. Headed to Ganavan and a walk out beyond the beach but we were tired quite quickly. So we just sat on a rock and watched and listened to the pebbles being pushed in and out by the waves, it is one of the most soothing of sounds. Wonderful smells of Meadowsweet wafted in the breeze and a bit of warmth on our faces and that lovely sea air really helped.

So this was our view. Showers all around but where we were a lovely moment of sunshine and peace to lift our spirits and help us recover!
