Hot venue!

A nice evening out with MrM to see a band, the Chandeliers,  in which two of his friends play - Martin is in the Blip, but James (and his double bass) was hidden away on the other side of the room behind an amp. (Unfortunately I can't remember the singer's name.) Not the ideal venue, and the constant background video of a blazing fire seemed a little odd.

Judith and Phil also came, so we chatted to them for a while in the next room - the band was too loud for comfort close up - though we did watch them later in the evening. James kindly gave us a lift home after the gig.
