Bexhill Museum
Today I have been asked to look after my grandchildren.
They arrived all excited for the day.
Once my son left I said we must get our coats & lunch & set off for Bexhill Museum; they were really looking forward to going there.
We parked up & held hands to cross the road & down to the Museum; they were so excited when they saw the sign above the door.
Inside & a quiz in hand, we looked for everything, but my grandson did not like the Taxidermy Animals, he stood as far away from them as he could, so my granddaughter & I looked for everything & told him when we found everything.
We then had to move into another area of the Museum, so my grandson closed his eyes & I held him walking until we were past the Taxidermy.
Next we saw old clothes & dressing up, then downstairs to the Model Train Station & Model Town. They loved them the best.
Out of the Museum we went to the Park before going back to the car to get Lunch where we sat in a shelter looking at the sea eating our Picnic.
All of the leftovers put in the car before a walk to De La Warr for Art Sundays where they drew & painted & they want to go back again.
We walked back to the car ready to go home along the beach collecting Cuttle Fish for the Birds; they loved doing that too.
My son was surprised with all that they had collected. LOL!
