Visitor

We've had a pair of woodpeckers visiting the feeders and today I managed to get a pic where you could actually see one (the window was a bit grubby, the window cleaner was round later!).
A morning spent crossing things off, and adding others on, my to-do list. I'm pleased to say it is now shorter than it was first thing.
In the afternoon I went into town to meet someone who was offering some alternative training options for the running group, I'll now have to see what the group thinks. As I was in town I did a bit of shopping and got to the bank.
A run with the group this evening and later a phone call from Mr Rat to say he'd arrived safely in the north of Ghana.
