A lovely dog walk in the morning and a perfect afternoon to be on the water, it was beautifully sunny, the water was calm and the company excellent. Afterwards, I went to do more clearing in Julian's mum flat and posted a bunch of stuff that people can pick up, with the dates when I will be available, and had a lot of interest. 
Last night, I met my ex-team for a meal. It was really lovely to see them, but the stress they seem to be experiencing is incredible...
