MMC25: Day 3

This Mediterranean dwarf palm graces my front yard. It’s only about 1.5m tall so it’s earned its dwarf designation. The picture was taken from above. Today’s Mono Monday theme is ‘green but in B&W’ so I thought it might be nice to use.

Yesterday I found out that my therapist is leaving. I hate change and the thought of starting over with someone new is depressing and anxiety inducing. I got a call already this morning to set up a session with a new therapist Thursday afternoon. I’ve been in one sort of counseling or another, with only short gaps, for 45 years. It’s what has kept me afloat. Here’s hoping that the new therapist is a good fit.
