Early crocus

I actually spent time pottering in the garden today! It doesn’t happen often. I bought some pansies at the garden centre and they needed planting so I wrapped up well and got them safely planted. They are in a trough on a low wall so I didn’t have to bend down, not easy these days. While outside I had a wander and spotted this little splash of colour, such a treat! These crocus are very reliable, they appear every year, and remind me of my father-in-law as they came from his garden.
