A5 wagyu
I cooked the steak strips for dinner. We ate them on rice. I had soy sauce with wasabi in it that I dipped them in; Jill ate them with eel sauce. I cut the steaks into cubes in order to savor them. They were wonderfully delicious.
A5 is the top of the line. This was $60 a pound; these strips were a little under half a pound.
