Blackberry and a butterfly

Found a new bit (for us) of the River Wey for a walk and came across these pink flowers which had about six different types of butterflies making the most of them. I think this Peacock is my first butterfly blip of the year and only blipped this because I liked the blackberry.

I'll add a few of the others later to my Smugmug gallery. Smugmug, like Flickr and, for that matter, this place, has been making changes, all described as "new and improved" and yet the improvements have somehow dropped some favourite features - no more slide show, no comments on images, no communities. It seems my definition of improvement and the way the word is interpreted by some of these sites is quite different. Oh well!
