Brave? Occasionally, perhaps. 
Gallant? Not particularly.
Outlaw? Most defintely not.

I can, however, teach three out of four groups in the class to construct a three storey structures out of K'nex with the ability to withstand an earthquake simulated by a shake-table made of two clipboards, four tennis balls and two elastic bands. It's the tuned mass damper that makes the difference, folks.
