Zooooom!

This lil' guy was SO fast. He was definitely wearing his track trainers today.

We were cycling home from doing the shopping and we saw him zooming around on the road. As you can see, he is difficult to miss! So the man scooped him up on a leaf and we directed him to some grassy meadows. We probably looked like a couple of five year olds squatted over seemingly nothing in the middle of the pavement. We were trying to get a decent photo of him but, as I keep saying, he was SO. FAST.

When we got home, a little googling determined he was the caterpillar of the Sycamore moth, which is bland-grey-boring. Amazing the contrast.
