A face of a million stories

So today I caught the train to Liverpool for Chinese new year. Yes I got all the shots, the dragon the arch the fireworks. But walking past this man made me stop and ask him if I could take his portrait. He was quite taken back as to why I would want to take his photo. If only I could have taken all afternoon just getting the right shot the right light the right background, but you never want to take up to much of someone's time. If you stop for a moment looking back now hours later how amazing it would have been to take him for a coffee and be able to add some context to this man's life. Maybe just maybe I might see him again some day. Then I will ask him if he has time for a brew. Life passes us by in a shot, we should all make ourselves stop and add more context to life if only once.....
