Woke up as I do, more often than I like. At 06:45. went on the cold balcony and had to blip the red sunrise. Then back to bed. By the time I got back to sleep, Mr B woke me up. Grrrr. No peace for the wicked.

Fabulous out. Only 7C max. A friend called from his balcony. Sunbathing topless (male). His chest was so red.

We took the bus to Westbourne and walked down to Alum Chine. Couldn't believe the crowds down there. Probably thinking like me this is possibly the only decent day for now.

Walked to Canford Cliffs, and then up the Chine to the The Canford for a refreshing Aspall. Caught the once hourly Breezer back home.

Watching darts. Sadly Luke the Nuke went out this afternoon. Early night. Been a long day.
