Meals on Wheels

A beautiful sunny day spent visiting various family members of B's. 
Last weekend while in the pub with 3 other couples we chatted about the price and standard of takeaway food here. The only real benefit is convenience. So we decided to try this new initiative. Each household will take a turn at cooking dinner on a weekend night and cook enough for the other households (adults only). There are 3 criteria, veggie, gluten free and pick-up only.   I did the inaugural one tonight. In the end it was a bit of a rush but for €40 I fed 8 adults a Spanish Chickpea stew with Smoked Tofu.
