Dylan

This morning A took Django out on a walk with her friends, so I had time to think through the long and valuable email sent to me yesterday by our former developer. It's going to help a lot with the big task I'm currently working on.

The plan for the day had been for me to drop off clothes from mum's flat at a charity warehouse in Granton, and join A to see the Bob Dylan film in Tollcross at 16:30. I'd been wondering how to spend the two spare hours, but A came back earlier form her walk than I'd expected, so we both went into Edinburgh together. Before the film we had a good, if slightly expensive, Greek meal in Tollcross.

The film itself was very well done, with exceptional acting from Timothée Chalamet - heir to Daniel Day-Lewis? Having listened to and read about Bob Dylan obsessively for a period as a teenager, I learned relatively little, although I was unaware of Johnny Cash's influence on him.
