Sailed away.

I noticed this along a nearby riverside walk. A small plaque indicated that the boat owner had only died about a month ago.
 It's a walk we do quite regularly, and I would exchange pleasantries if I saw him clambering over the sea wall then walking deftly over the mud to his boat.
