Soap and Glory

It was dry and bright today but pretty chilly. We walked the dogs then I helped D clean the cars. It was the most miserable 20 minutes of the week. My hands were freezing.
Alfie came home from Liv’s and banished us from the sitting room so he could have his friends round to watch the Arsenal, Man City match. I lay in bed and read for a while then fell asleep. Alf is making it up to us by cooking dinner.
