Erm no.

Yesterday's gorgeous calm, blue sky and tranquility all encouraged me to put swim kit in the van and arrive early.... 
Today's biting wind, dull grey and damp air all helped me decide to just sit on the end of the jetty and enjoy a double espresso whilst wrapped up warm!

Safeguarding is never an easy course to run, and I really don't want to scare, alarm or upset the volunteers, but it is necessary. 

We add in lots of breaks, some walking and talking and a lot of discussion, but as ever, I'm glad it's over and I truly hope they never ever need to use it.
A hill day beckons tomorrow.
