Snowdrop

Last year I planted some spring bulbs under the lawn in my garden. Among them were some snowdrop bulbs and they have come up and are flowering. Just single flowers are the moment, but hopefully they'll establish themselves and will keep coming up in the years to come.

Today was church in the morning and then in the afternoon I did some work in the garden. I've started lifting some paving slabs to create a planting bed, and I almost finished doing that today. There's a bit more work to do before I can get any plants, but it's good to get started in transforming the garden and lovely, too, to see some of my spring flowers coming up.
