Welcome to the House of Dun...

We had a leisurely start to the day.  I normally have an unsettled night in a new bed but this bed is heavenly and I slept till 9.30am!

After enjoying a cooked breakfast made by Agnes and D, we headed to the House of Dun.  What a good decision :-)

Only the lower floor is accessible by wheelchair so D and I did that tour with the very knowledgeable and entertaining Colin (top right in my photo montage) while Agnes and Adrian did the tour of the rest of the house. 

We had Colin to ourselves so could ask questions to our heart's content and we did, all ably answered by him.  Absolutely fascinating to hear all the stories of life below stairs as well stories of the family and past lives of the Erskine family.

Tour over, we met up with Agnes and Adrian and enjoyed delicious coffee and a slice of lemon and blueberry cake.

Back to the holiday house for another chilled evening.  Pizzas are in the oven, the guys are enjoying the red wine and tomorrow's adventures are all planned.  Agnes and I are discussing crochet.  

Life is good!  LOL!!!
