A busy Saturday. Started with Oswestry Park Run, which was very muddy so just had a slow jog. I bumped into a friend there who I hadn't seen for a while and it was lovely to catch up. 
Later I went to a yoga workshop at a studio in Shrewsbury which was lovely and relaxing.
