Boring walks

Today I haven't had any 'run about' time. I normally go to the beach first thing in the morning, but today it was chucking it down with rain so I just went for a little trek around the streets on my lead.

When Ann came home from work this afternoon it had stopped raining and she said, 'Trixie, we need to walk to Carbis Bay to pick up my car.' My human had been to a wine tasting event last night and after 6 glasses of wine, obviously wasn't going to drive home.

I like the walk to Carbis Bay. I usually go via little country lanes or via the beach & coastal path, both of which allow me lots of off lead run about time. Today, Ann said that those two routes would be water-logged, so she made me walk the whole way along the main road on my lead. Does that sound like an exciting walk to you?

And do you know what?................... I might not have had any 'run about' time today, but I've been super hungry. Why do you think that is? I gobbled up all my breakfast and then I asked for early dinner, just before 5pm and then I asked for seconds. I'm in my bed snoozing now.

Anyway, our weather app is showing lots of little sunny day symbols for tomorrow, so I'll definitely be going down to the beach for a play first thing. Yay! …...........And now that it's light until about 5.30pm-ish, I'll be going somewhere exciting after Ann has finished work tomorrow afternoon too. Yay!!!
