Heading south.

A walk to Waterhead and a boat ride to Bowness. We started on the top deck but N was first to go below and I soon followed. Jane stayed on top.

Then another boat to Brockhole where our first stop was going to be the cafe for a hot drink and warm up. Up to the house (which has the cafe inside) to find a notice saying it was was closed for the weekend. We did get takeaway drinks from the Garden Shed cafe. N had a good time in the adventure playground and fortunately the sun came out to warm us up a bit.

A final boat ride took us back to Waterhead and a walk home via Tesco.
