The aftermath of the storm

Two images from my walk today, the main image of road signs that got detached from their posts.  Strange thing is that I never noticed they were missing until I came across them on the other side of the roundabout.  I thought photographers were supposed to be observant!   The second image is of workmen repairing roof slates.

Nothing dramatic or particularly photogenic.
