What the.......?!

My local Asda have been doing something for the last few weeks, this is the horror that has been unleashed on us now.
Really??? Are people so lazy??
It makes no sense to me at all. I'm all for home delivery; that's fine. I've used it and found it really convenient and it saved me money as I didn't impulse buy.
This drive thru idea baffles me. I mean, if you are going to drive to Asda to collect the shopping, why not just go in and get it. Or if you are going to order online, why not just book a home delivery slot so you don't even have to leave the house?
