My Most Loyal Customers

By far, the chickadees are the most loyal patrons of the Back Porch Cafe and they are so endearing. They can't wait for me to fill the feeder or tray and hover around my head, tiny black button eyes eagerly checking out the offerings.  I am all shoveled and plowed out from Saturday night's storm, but it will be a quiet studio Sunday for me.  Just as I like it.  Punxsutawney Phil predicts six more weeks of winter after not seeing his shadow at Gobbler's Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania this morning, sigh.
