Amenities

In my youth, this building, just next to the pub car park and over the road from the parade of shops at Plough Green, contained the public conveniences. I guess the conveniences themselves are still in there, just no longer available to the public. 

To me, it serves as a reminder of the decline in public services, which, without doing any research, I'm going to lay at the door of George Osborne and the Tory government that was elected in 2010. What a grim fourteen years they delivered.
