It's not a bat!

I finally succumbed to the pickellball bug that has swept this house and went along - with my new pickelball paddle (I called it a bat and got short shift from himself!) to a pickellball session at a local sports centre.  It was slightly nerve-wracking, but ultimately fun, and I met a nice bunch of people. My only serious reservation is that Friday evening has always traditionally been an evening of feet-up, relaxation and homemade pizza together after a busy week and I'm not sure how I feel about this new development!
