Coast path
Hubby has had a couple of bad nights with pain in his ribs, literally takes his breath away. He struggled this morning so thought a walk down to the village shop for a paper would be good, it helps when he gets moving. Then we walked to the lighthouse one way along the coastal path, back to camper for lunch and then the other way for a few miles. Hetty had a good play on the beach.
Lovely day again, dry, cold and blue skys. St. Abbs and the coastal path were so busy, hence going back to camper for lunch. Lots of hikers but also lots of Chinese young people, think they may have been on a tour. They were on the costal path wearing the most unsuitable footwear.
St. Abbs is lovely and manage to find another statue of widows and bairns, this one of three wives and four children as three of the fishermen lost were from this village.
