Swiss chard

The village flower troughs are sadly neglected as, with the water restrictions still in place, they cannot be watered. I was not surprised to see a few marigolds resisting but the Swiss chard seemed quite out of place. I can not imagine it was planted. More likely a seed was dropped by a bird. I did some market shopping and took Mrs TT to the supermarket in the car as she is still not well with the flu. It is ten days now and she has one better day and then a bad one. The afternoon was given over to the rugby and a walk around the village looking for a blip.
