Water

Another not-too-bad day today :)

Had 3am dizzies but then slept till 8 and have had a tolerable headache ever since but not much else thankfully :)

Went & met the family for lunch, sussed out local locations for the geocaching challenge to save time in the week, saw this bundle of cuteness (Stella was less enamoured!), and, to top it all, the postman delivered a letter from the hospital with a new consultation in a couple of week's time! Doesn't say who with or for what but maybe they have also written to my doctor and he can shed some light on it this week.

The challenge theme today is water so we had to visit the pond during our travels! :)
