Vineyards de Rolle, Lake Geneva

Did another grueling mountain Bike tour, the usual one. It was just as hot as yesterday, so lots of water to not dehydrate and avoid cramps.
Wanted to take this shot the other day but I forgot. Same weather, same time, just another day :)

Oh yes, nearly forgot. Wanted, needed to loose 10 kilos. Started biking again 7 weeks ago. Have lost 8kg, so nearly there :D
