Seen on my last walk down Dance Lane

… and onto Gudgeon Hole Lane - by the bridge.  I messaged Avril, who is the Parish Clerk and she was going to report it to Barnsley Council.  I still don’t understand why - I was going to say why councils can’t open up their sites to everyone without payment, but I do understand. I’m not sure how they deal with these fly by night characters.  I think this tipping will be considered to be on council property but as I understand it, if the tipping is on a farmers land then they pick up the cost of clearing it.
