27, 86 and 16

One of the most beautiful things about chess: age disappears when they talk about chess. E has a special friendship with the 87 year old, the email regularly. The 16 year old we meet at many tournaments and her mom and I have lots of fun and coffee together.

E still group leader after a draw against the no2…still two more rounds to go but he is already so happy about the result it doesn’t even matter what the outcome is of the last two rounds. Tournament of his life!

J is also stunting with another win and a 3th place. The other 3 boys are not very happy about their tournament and hoping for some good games to end with
