Urban Sunrise

Frost first thing.  A lovely calm day, mostly sunny, but it did cloud over now and again with the odd light shower.  Chilly again tonight.

Last shift of the week, another day working on the toon essykert with the same crew.  Business black bag waste around Lerwick, then residential waste from Sound.  Walkies with Sammy after work, popped by Madeline's.  A quiet evening at home, then nipped back to town for supermarket shopping.  Walkies again, then might try a pint. 

Ah, finally a break in the weather.  As said before, starting to notice longer days, but today was a first noticing the morning light.  As I drove into town, there was light in the sky just after 7am, the days really are turning.  A beautiful sunrise hit the skies shortly after, with this striking orange by 8am.  Taken at the basketball courts, Sandveien, Lerwick.
