PRESSURE...(noun)
Exertion of continuous force so exerted, on or against body by another in contact with it; amount of this, expressed by force on unit area.
BLOOD--pressure, varying pressure of blood in vessels measured for diagnosis.

Final day of Dictionary Project. Have enjoyed doing this, it`s made me more aware of words, how we spell them, what they mean and in some instances, where they came from. My little charity shop dictionary is going to stay on my desk and I will continue to pick a word a day and see if I can bring it into daily conversation.
Back to normal blipping tomorrow.
