Well who knew?

Certainly not me but I’m sure the locals who have lived here for donkey’s years remember it and probably some Blippers too!
By the way this shop is The Yorkshire Trading Company and is closing for refurbishment.
We had to go into Skipton again today, this time for a big shop.
The cupboards and fridge were bare again.We split up and Frank went to Aldi while I went to the market for veg and then to Morrison’s where Frank joined me just in time for him to pay! Haha! ;-)

I can now say that ‘Fiddlesticks’ has been sold!
The lovely couple - Gary and Teresa - from America decided to buy her after seeing her a couple of times. They are really nice people and have even offered us to use the boat for 3 weeks if we want to, free of charge.
Gary said it would be good as while they are back home in the US, we could make sure all is OK with it if we are in Skipton. How kind is that?

They flew back to the US today but will be back in May.
