Redux

A familiar view. Go large to see if you can spot the hidden pruner on the horizon.

Today was a day of household chores, and I also baked a new to me cake for choir practice, as I'm a bit bored with the regular ones. Of course I had to taste test it; a thumbs up from me for cranberry and orange drizzle cake. I also fed my two starters and used handy freezer supplies to make cottage pie for lunch.

Then a mid-afternoon walk and podcast. It was another interesting Stranger on a Bench (episode 7). They aren't all as good, but sometimes Tom really strikes lucky -- this guest was a great storyteller.

Now I've done my duty by working through the trickier bits of the choir programme, so I can sit by the fire and read now.
