On the Prowl...

A friend came to visit and we went out for lunch and then a visit to Peak Wildlife Park. We didn't get much out of the polar bears they were having a nap. But the red pandas are usually very active, and were out on the prowl.

They get through quite a lot of bamboo! The park is always asking the public to donate any being cut from local gardens. So I must remember next time our bamboo needs pruning to take the shoots for theses critters...
