end of the day...

Busy kind of day with "keep fit for the over 50s" in the morning and a long walk delivering leaflets this afternoon. Leaflet delivery gives a great opportunity to look at every individual dwelling on the patch: some places look nice from the road, but are actually quite dingy; others clearly very loved and updated. There's always one with several cars in disrepair in the drive. I'm puzzled by letterboxes six inches from the ground, especially the one with a notice - presumably for diminutive sales people - that door-to-door sales are not encouraged. I'd have loved the photo but could imagine myself being chased down the road by Neighbourhood Watch.
