Probably Not OK

I had defined "being OK" by taking a photo, even if I didn't have the energy to post it or engage with the blip community.
On 20 December I must have been just a bit too numb & dissociated to be aware enough to remember to take that photo. So probably "Not OK".
I've improved enough enough to start posting again.
That's a start.
