Fresh air

Quite a day, I’m shattered!

Had to take Stuart’s car in for what we thought was just an oil change, but it had been booked in for a full service, a bit early but hey ho. He had asked if, under the circumstances, somebody could come and pick the car up but was told that would put it back to the middle of February. I asked a favour of our lovely neighbour and she followed me through.

A couple of hours later there was a knock at the door - somebody had come to collect the car!
My neighbour drive me back through after work and they couldn’t find the keys. Turns out somebody had been going to move it, got distracted and left site with them in his pocket. Further hadn’t gone too far.

Did a good shop on the way home, cooked, tidied away and then finally sat down to watch this year’s bunch of clowns on the Apprentice.

Three positives:
1) we have great neighbours
2) Stuart had a little walk outside this afternoon
3) the. At had a wash while it was at the garage
