Today’s lesson….

On the sugar craft course was these cute little animal cupcake toppers.

I prepared cake batter cupcakes the night before and iced and flattened them ready for the animal toppers, I really enjoyed the lesson and while thinking they would be complicated they were in fact quite simple once you knew how!

I sent my coursework back to work and drudged through the rubbish they sent me! Sadly my coursework seems to be back in a queue as it has not been marked yet, disappointing as I would have had it done today.

I started on my next cake order tonight too, the cake is made and crumb coated and in the fridge overnight. Tomorrow I will frost and decorate it!
