Playing my joker

Another visit to Guy's Hospital for an Oncology review including CT scan results. Much to my surprise the results were in (the last one involved a long wait).
My favourite oncologist asked for details of my issues with the treatment.  He then said my cancer had not changed since the last scan - so the treatment was working. He proposed two weeks off the treatment, to recover, then a reduction in the dose. This is very good news indeed.
