Ingredients

G decided to make a dish my Dad made ages ago. It involves cutting peppers and carrots, which she did while sitting on her balcony. It didn't turn out quite as expected. The potatoes didn't cook even after 90 minutes in a hot oven. *Sigh*

I worked at a steady pace throughout the day. Just before I switched off, I noted receiving an email about three well-being talks that are organised in the first week of February. I am finally on the "AllStaff" email circulation list! Three and a half years after being in the office full-time! Better late than never.

Some hours were spent watching the news about the helicopter and passenger plane collision in Washington. It is too sad for words. I hope they find the cause soon to avoid any future mishaps.
